Robb Lierman

Robb Lierman is the General Manager of IC Energy Solutions. His focus on reducing the carbon footprint and saving companies money through the implementation of innovative products is what compelled him to take the reins at IC Energy Solutions. Brainstorming with his business partner has led to the discovery and offering of the most efficient high-quality products on the market.

A Norfolk, Nebraska native and Norfolk High School graduate, Robb enlisted and served in the United States Marine Corps immediately after high school. He spent five years traveling the world and working on F/A 18 fighter jets. After supporting Operation Noble Eagle and other post-9/11 operations, he moved back to Nebraska.

Landing in Lincoln, Robb began working at Duncan Aviation as a Team Leader for their Avionics Install department installing sophisticated avionics packages, high-tech sound and video and control suites, and LED lighting systems in corporate aircraft. Robb later moved into the Government Contracts Department where he sold and managed multimillion-dollar service and upgrade contracts to the US Government, as well as foreign organizations across Europe, Southern Asia and the rest of the world. Robb held the Program Manager position until he left the company to start IC Energy Solutions.

Robb is a Concordia University graduate and holds his BA in Organizational Management, and also holds an MBA in Business Management.
